Production Worker (Seasonal) - Flexible Night or Weekend Shifts!

Overview
Things Remembered Fulfillment Center in North Jackson, Ohio is seeking Seasonal Production Teammates. Teammates in this role will work as a member of a workgroup. The work group is responsible for engraving or embroidery, quality inspecting, re-packaging, gift wrapping and shipping customer's orders. We have both flexible night shifts and flexbile weekend shifts available.
Responsibilities (Essential Functions)
Opens and or/stages product to assist in the personalization process.
Inspects merchandise pre-production to ensure product quality.
Remains updated on current product assortment and the best way to set up machines for maximum productivity and minimum shrink.
Applies personalized messages to merchandise using a variety of methods and equipment.
Inspects merchandise post production to ensure the accuracy of personalization and that all quality standards have been met.
Applies any customer ordered add-ons to a product, such as color fill or gravoxide.
Gift wraps and/or re-packages customer's order according to brand and best-in-class standards.
Confirms integrity of orders by ensuring all pieces are accounted for and appropriately packs orders for shipment.
Performs preventative maintenance of machines and understands when to refer machines for repair.
Remains updated on current product assortment and any potential quality issues.
Meets established productivity and quality standards.
Adapts to business needs through a willingness to cross-train and perform other tasks as needed.

Qualifications
High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
Previous experience in a warehouse or production environment preferred
Demonstrated ability to meet goals in a fast-paced environment at least 6 months of job experience
Ability to read English, write legibly and communicate effectively with others
Basic Windows operating system knowledge

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
